4.1 We continuously update our offer of products on finedetail.dk The products available on our website may be incorrectly priced, described inaccurately or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information and in our advertising on other websites.
4.2 We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Actual color(s) of products may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer screen, laptop, tablet, phone screen and human eye have different capabilities to display colors. We do our best to edit our images to show all of our products as close to life as possible, but please note that the actual color may vary slightly from the way it appears on your screen.
5. Competitions and Promotions
5.1 Any contests or other promotions (collectively "Promotions") made available through the Website may be subject to rules separate from these Terms. If you participate in promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our privacy policy. If the rules for a Campaign conflict with these Terms, the Campaign Rules will apply.

The service is protected by copyright, trademark and other legislation in both Denmark and abroad. 10. Applicable law

10.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and supersede any prior agreements we may have between us regarding the Service.
