The following terms & guidelines only apply to goods purchased in the Finedetail.dk webshop
Want to make a purchase?
When purchasing a product on finedetail.dk, you receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that the order will not be accepted until we have double checked that the desired product is in stock. Once this is done, you will receive a final order and shipping confirmation.
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK)
Fine Detail aps uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Fine Detail Ap's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Payment
At www.finedetail.dk you can pay with Mobilpay, American Express, Applepay, Googlepay, Meastro, Mastercard, Shop pay.
Return policy
Goods purchased on www.finedetail.dk can be fully returned and refunded within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at info@finedetail.dk
Please note that the right of withdrawal expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the sale value. The products must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund commensurate with the condition of the item.
Please note: You are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you must cover the return costs yourself. If an item is broken or lost during shipping, you may be held responsible. In that case, it is your own responsibility to document the return
Return
When we receive your package and the goods are approved, we return the order amount to the account or gift card that was used for the purchase.
Do you want to exchange an item - different color / different size?
Our exchange procedure is completely similar to our return procedure. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return the item as described above and place a new order containing the color or size you want. We will refund the entire payment for the purchased items upon receipt of your returned package.
Have you forgotten to pick up your package?
Have you forgotten to collect your parcel? If you forget to pick up your package at your chosen collection store, it will automatically be sent back to us. If this happens, we will refund the payment of the goods purchased. However, we do not refund shipping costs. In the event of a new shipment after return, a freight fee will be charged again
Damaged packages?
The goods are insured during transport and we ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package or contents are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can refund the cost of the item. Please send us pictures at info@finedetail.dk of the package, the packaging and the damaged goods. Once received, we will kindly replace the item or refund the price of the item if it is no longer in stock.
Errors and rejections
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order deemed to be affected by system error, pricing error or suspected payment abuse.
We endeavor to ensure that all information on our website is correct. However, we are not responsible for inadvertent inaccuracies (including errors regarding prices and delivery times) and typographical or system errors. All information is subject to change without notice.
- finedetail.dk acts in accordance with the guidelines and laws laid down by the Danish Consumer Agency. Complaints can be made according to the rules laid down in the Purchase Act. This means that you can complain about errors and defects in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. However, this does not apply to faults, damage or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Fine Detail aps within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
